I am enjoying my 6ft Dark Gray Beanbag Chair. Very comfortable, soft suede cover, and durable. However, the reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars is it has been 19 days since I received half of my order. My understanding is that the chair comes with a cover. So, I ordered 1 extra 6ft Dark Gray Cover this way I can have two covers. Well, I am still waiting for my second cover. I have sent a message on the website twice, no response. I sent an email, the email came back as an error. I hope this issue gets resolved so that 5 stars can be awarded. Again, Thank you for the amazing Beanbag Chair.
